SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders with UPS Expedited Shipping added that are placed before 12 PM EST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same-day. If the order is placed after 12 PM EST, the order will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday and UPS does not move packages over the weekend. If an expedited shipping option is selected your order will be guaranteed processed and shipped the following business day unless additional payment and verification information is required.
  • Our regular processing time for orders to be shipped out is 3-5 business days of payment being received unless additional verification is required. During peak periods our shipping times may be extended to 7-10 business days. Please note that the UPS Ground shipping option is not an expedited shipping option compared to the Free Shipping promo. We suggest choosing from the expedited shipping options if you need your items before a specific date.
  • Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday as we are closed. UPS unfortunately does not deliver or move our packages on Saturday or Sunday. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to ensure your orders are processed and shipped out.
  • If you are an international customer within the United States and you need your items before a departure date please choose from the expedited shipping options to ensure your package will be delivered on time.
  • All international shipments going out of the United States are responsible for all duty, customs, and brokerage fees. We will not list the cost of items on your order lower than the retail amount. These rates are determined and collected by UPS and payment of those fees are not the responsibility of Eternal Ink & Tattoo Supply. If you refuse your package and do not wish to pay these customs fees your refund will be subjected to restocking fees and return fees brought on by UPS International if applicable.
  • Orders may be held for shipment during the winter months when inks are exposed to freezing temperatures to ensure that they arrive safely. For this reason, shipping times during the winter months may vary. You may also notice heat packs included in your package to assist in protecting inks during shipping as well.
  • UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders, storage units, moving and/or general shipping companies. Your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately with an address of one of these shipping locations.
  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. This can also be accessed within your "My account" link. Please allow time for UPS and USPS to update their system as tracking info may not initially appear.



RETURN POLICY

  • Unfortunately due to the nature of the tattoo industry we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with the products you have purchased or if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues on a case by case basis.
  • Any packages that are refused and/or returned to us are subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to return shipping fees.
